Insurance-
Kathleen may also greet you on the phone or at the reception desk. Kathleen Osborne is our insurance specialist and does patient scheduling. Kathleen has been a member of our staff since 1996. She does all the predetermination of benefits and handles all insurance inquiries.
She has spent her entire life in the Norwalk area and has three grown children. Her hobbies include walking and attending Art class.

Assistant-
Jennifer Yeckley has been Dr. Roberts assistant since 1994. She has worked side by side with Dr. Roberts and is another valued member of our staff. Jennifer is a certified radiographer. She will immediately put the patient at ease when seated.
Jennifer is a 1992 graduate of St. Paul High School and resides in Bellevue with her husband Bryan.
They have three children Derek, Dana and Tait.
The Yeckley's enjoy camping cooking and attending the children's activities.
